1.Serving no useful purpose; having no excuse for being.
2.Disinclined to work.

well i like the second meaning more.This is what most of us are.Atleast i am.The reason for all my problems.

maddu try to put the word in a sample sentence..this one is obvious so doesn't matter but for future.
